πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Engaging in sales prospecting and implementing outbound strategies through calls, emails, and social selling, with a strong emphasis on maintaining a high-quality pipeline and achieving results.

β€’ Taking full responsibility for the entire sales process, from initial discovery and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.

β€’ Employing solution selling techniques that prioritize business impact and ROI, rather than merely focusing on product features.

β€’ Managing the sales pipeline, tracking activities, and forecasting using Salesforce.

β€’ Collaborating closely with Marketing, Solution Consultants, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

β€’ Keeping abreast of current events, market trends, and competitors to enhance sales discussions.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A minimum of 4 years of experience in SaaS or B2B sales, particularly in an Account Executive or similar closing position.

β€’ Proficient in conducting outbound activities and proactively developing a sales pipeline.

β€’ A solution-oriented individual with a robust growth mindset, consistently seeking out opportunities to learn, experiment, and improve.

β€’ Resilient and flexible, maintaining composure and focus when priorities shift.

β€’ An articulate and confident communicator, capable of engaging effectively with decision-makers and C-level stakeholders.

β€’ A natural team player who recognizes how individual contributions align with broader business objectives.

β€’ Fully responsible for delivering results and achieving outcomes.

β€’ Proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage.
