This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Identify and target potential new clients through various methods, including cold calling within a designated territory.
• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to gain insight into client challenges, goals, and requirements.
• Achieve or surpass sales targets and quotas by consistently gaining new clients, enhancing existing accounts, and promoting upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Efficiently manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation through to closing deals.
• Utilize SFDC to monitor interactions, update account details, and accurately forecast revenue.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to drive new opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
• Keep informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B technology sales.
• Proficiency in technology infrastructure and workflow automation solutions.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong skills in prospecting and pipeline development.
• Experience interacting with C-level decision-makers.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the designated territory/region.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
