Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Build and sustain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting, generating referrals, networking, and following up on leads.

• Conduct discovery calls and meetings to gain insights into business challenges, technical needs, and stakeholder priorities.

• Assess prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timing or similar criteria.

• Create and present proposals, which include ROI models and solution summaries, that align with customer goals and Integris service offerings.

• Collaborate with the CX team and internal departments to define and price customized technology solutions.

• Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring consistent follow-up and clear next steps throughout the sales cycle.

• Precisely document all prospecting, opportunity, and sales activities in ConnectWise or other CRM systems.

• Achieve or surpass monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs related to pipeline growth, conversion rates, and client acquisition.

• Engage in team meetings, training sessions, and sales evaluations to enhance sales effectiveness and keep up-to-date with product knowledge.

• Maintain professional expertise by researching industry trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscape.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Over 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the MSP, SaaS, or IT services industry.

• For Senior Account Executive positions: More than 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the MSP, SaaS, or IT services sectors.

• At least 3 years of experience in an Account Executive role or a similar strategic position.
