This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and industry leaders across the Minneapolis area.
• Achieve sales targets by concentrating on the acquisition of new customers.
• Proactively develop and manage a sales pipeline, engaging with strategic US accounts and continually identifying new opportunities.
• Actively participate in the implementation of the sales and marketing strategy for the US market.
• Contribute to organizing M&A Community events to enhance Ideals' visibility.
• Deliver engaging product presentations to clients.
• Structure, negotiate, and finalize deals.
• Regularly share insights and updates with customers.
• Provide valuable customer feedback to the product development and management teams.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Inside Sales teams to enhance customer satisfaction and drive the company's revenue.
• 1.5–2 years of proven success in direct sales or business development within the B2B or professional services sectors.
• Experience in fast-paced sales environments with the ability to effectively engage decision-makers.
• A demonstrated history of managing pipelines and successfully closing high-value deals.
• Outstanding business communication skills to craft persuasive pitches and navigate client discovery processes.
• Native-level proficiency in English.
• A university degree with a strong overall GPA.
• Preferred: Background in SaaS, finance, fintech, or information security industries.
• Proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
