This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement targeted account strategies within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), identifying high-value prospects and creating entry points to penetrate and grow strategic accounts.

• Generate and qualify pipeline through disciplined outbound prospecting, establishing a consistent funnel across multiple channels to achieve predictable and sustained growth.

• Conduct consultative, insight-driven sales cycles, leveraging your expertise in the fintech and B2B SaaS landscape to convert Gynger's platform into quantifiable financial and operational benefits for CFOs, finance and revenue operations teams, and technology buyers.

• Take ownership of your quota and significantly contribute to company-wide growth objectives.

• Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams, providing field insights that enhance our positioning, messaging, and product roadmap.

• Lead by example, setting the pace for the broader Go-To-Market (GTM) team as we expand.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Account Executive, or at least 1 year as an SDR/BDR ready to transition into a closing role.

• A proven history of independently sourcing, managing, and closing deals while exceeding quotas at a high-growth company.

• Experience selling to finance professionals, revenue operations, or prior experience within a fintech organization.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity with the resourcefulness to establish processes where none currently exist.

• A hunter's mindset: inquisitive, competitive, coachable, and motivated by the challenge of building initiatives from the ground up.
