This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and oversee a strong sales funnel by implementing an innovative territory strategy that goes beyond traditional cold calling.
• Perform in-depth research during the preparation phase to ensure comprehensive discovery and guidance throughout the sales process with decision-makers.
• Actively source leads and prospects to enhance revenue growth and expand market share.
• Effectively align customer business requirements with suitable solutions and present them through compelling storytelling.
• Deliver impactful presentations and demonstrations to key decision-makers, clearly articulating the return on investment (ROI) of Grace Hill’s technology.
• Engage in a transparent feedback loop, utilizing key insights from the field to enhance personal performance and improve internal products.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners to ensure smooth transitions for new clients while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
• Implement and innovate core sales processes to expedite the progression of prospects through the sales cycle.
• Oversee contract negotiations and individual sales activities with careful attention to detail using Salesforce.
• 3-5 years of demonstrated sales experience, preferably within the SaaS or B2B Technology industries.
• Actively seeks coaching to enhance your consultative selling approach.
• A results-driven individual who consistently aims to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Exhibit essential solution-selling skills and adapt your style to engage effectively with various customer personas.
• Possess analytical skills to convey the value of technology and training tools to stakeholders.
• Highly detail-oriented and proficient in using Salesforce for complex CRM functions and pipeline management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
