This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, cultivate, and secure new business opportunities with beverage alcohol producers and suppliers for Orbit.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, leads generated from marketing efforts, industry events, referrals, and various demand generation strategies.
• Perform thorough discovery to comprehend customer needs concerning distributor execution, field sales activities, market visibility, trade spend accountability, retailer obligations, inventory transparency, and sales performance.
• Monitor leads, customer notes, deal advancement, subsequent steps, and opportunity specifics in the designated Encompass sales systems.
• Work in tandem with Customer Success and Implementation teams to ensure all expectations, requirements, commitments, and customer context are properly documented before the transition.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, beverage sales, or technology sales.
• Demonstrated capability to prospect, build a pipeline, manage opportunities, and secure new business.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation and demonstration abilities, with the capacity to engage both business and technical stakeholders.
• A customer-first approach and dedication to establishing clear, realistic expectations.
• Required experience in selling new business.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
