This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Build and sustain relationships with essential customers.

• Discover new business prospects for both current clients and potential new customers.

• Oversee sales orders and provide updates through sales reports and forecasts to management or the managerial team.

• Enhance and expand sales within the current territory of accounts and prospects by broadening the range of products sold.

• Proactively seek, identify, develop, and finalize new business opportunities.

• Meet and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Precisely predict monthly margin opportunity pipeline.

• Engage as a cooperative member of a sales team and sales territory.

• Actively and accurately utilize the CRM system.

• Attend necessary sales and product training sessions.

• Develop and implement a territory management plan.

• Take on additional responsibilities as needed.


⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales Management, or a related area.

• Over 5 years of experience in B2B IT network and data center hardware sales, with a demonstrated history of expanding the customer base and increasing sales volume.

• Proficient in solution-based selling, with the capability to comprehend customer challenges and provide customized IT hardware and services solutions that fulfill business requirements.

• Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.

• Proven success in prospecting, creating a pipeline, and advancing opportunities through the sales cycle.

• Capability to propose, present, and discuss solutions with C-level executives and decision-makers.

• Self-motivated and disciplined in achieving sales objectives.

• Ability to organize and manage various priorities while demonstrating strong attention to detail, a respect for deadlines, and a commitment to follow-up is crucial.

• Display strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in effective communication, both verbally and in writing.
