This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• Establish and nurture relationships with property owners, operators, and management companies across the country.
• Utilize product expertise and industry insights in every interaction.
• Identify genuine customer challenges through attentive listening and a consultative sales approach.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee seamless implementation and long-term customer satisfaction.
• Aid in the enhancement and expansion of Gatewise’s national sales strategy.
• Represent Gatewise and Allegion at selected trade shows, industry events, and client meetings (approximately 20 travel days per year) – 20%.
• High School Diploma is mandatory; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 3-5 years of direct experience in the multifamily sector (property management, operations, supplier/vendor side, or similar) is essential.
• Demonstrated success in B2B sales; experience in SaaS/PropTech/Hardware is a significant advantage.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities with senior decision-makers.
• A consultative sales methodology driven by curiosity and insight.
• Skilled in using sales tools and workflows—comfortable with email, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and sales enablement platforms to manage pipelines, track activities, and maintain organization.
