This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Strategic Account Management: Cultivate and expand strategic customer relationships, serving as the key contact for both executive stakeholders and technical teams.
• Accelerate AI Infrastructure Revenue: Propel the adoption of Vultr’s AI cloud infrastructure solutions by recognizing opportunities and guiding customers throughout the sales process—from initial engagement to solution architecture and scaling.
• Customer-Focused Approach: Grasp customer priorities, technical needs, and business objectives to effectively position Vultr’s value proposition and deliver customized solutions.
• Trusted Advisor Role: Offer thought leadership on AI/ML trends, infrastructure requirements, and optimization strategies to senior leaders in your accounts. Assist customers in navigating the AI landscape and making informed architectural choices.
• Collaborative Success: Engage cross-functionally with Product Management, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure alignment on product capabilities, roadmap insights, and long-term achievements.
• Sales Process Integrity & Operational Excellence: Accurately document and maintain sales activity data in CRM systems to support MRR forecast precision.
• AI Ecosystem Engagement: Understand and utilize the AI partner ecosystem to enhance Vultr’s value proposition for Founders and C-suite executives.
• Over 5 Years of Account Management Experience in AI/ML or IaaS Related Technologies: Demonstrated experience in implementing effective land-and-expand strategies to increase revenue across large, high-value strategic customer accounts. Proficient in navigating complex deal cycles and multi-stakeholder environments.
• Partner Ecosystem Proficiency: Comfortable utilizing partner ecosystems to co-sell, co-market, and expedite customer outcomes.
• Organizational Flexibility: Proven track record of operating effectively within a global, cross-functional matrixed organization. Skilled in aligning internal stakeholders and resources to support intricate sales processes.
• Technical & Product Expertise: Capable of confidently engaging in technical discussions and translating product capabilities into compelling, value-driven business outcomes.
• AI and Cloud Infrastructure Knowledge: Strong comprehension of AI/ML workflows, GPU cloud environments, and contemporary compute infrastructure.
• Ecosystem Insight: Actively engaged within the AI ecosystem; knowledgeable about where developers and founders interact, the tools they utilize, and the decision-making processes in purchasing.
• Proficiency with Sales Tools: Experienced in utilizing Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other modern tools to effectively manage pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting.
