This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Achieve and surpass quarterly and annual sales targets by acquiring new clients in the educational sector.

• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.

• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through strategic prospecting and networking efforts.

• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring an effective and seamless experience.

• Conduct discovery and demonstration calls, effectively showcasing our SaaS solutions to prospective clients.

• Employ consultative sales techniques to comprehend client needs and propose customized solutions.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.

• Create and present engaging client proposals and presentations that emphasize the value of our offerings.

• Maintain client satisfaction and retention by providing ongoing support and promptly addressing any concerns.

• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, and customer success to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

• Utilize CRM tools to monitor sales activities, manage client data, and produce reports for strategic planning.

• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor actions to discover new opportunities and challenges.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• At least 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within the academic sector or related fields.

• Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a remote, fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in English; fluency in German and French is preferred, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong comprehension of the academic sector, with the capability to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.

• Experience with sales tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

• Experience in libraries or selling to academic libraries is a plus.

• Highly motivated and goal-driven, with outstanding problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
