This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take ownership of a portfolio of current customer accounts, concentrating on growth, upselling, and creating long-term value.
• Mitigate churn by assisting clients in recognizing how the solution addresses their business challenges.
• Establish and nurture multi-threaded relationships with stakeholders in cybersecurity, IT, and procurement.
• Discover and cultivate new opportunities within existing accounts using a consultative, insight-driven sales methodology.
• Oversee the complete sales process from start to finish, with typical deal timelines averaging around 6 months.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers and internal teams to provide customized solutions and facilitate deal advancement.
• Maintain a deep understanding of customer objectives and align solutions to their changing business requirements.
• Implement account strategies that enhance retention, growth, and customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrated success in account management, account growth, or sales roles focused on expansion.
• Capability to navigate and influence various stakeholders within intricate organizations.
• Strong consultative selling abilities with an emphasis on relationship cultivation and value identification.
• Experience managing mid-length sales cycles (4–8 months) and overseeing deals from initiation to completion.
• Comfort in working within a designated territory of existing accounts, coupled with a strategic approach to growth.
• Background in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology is advantageous.
