This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Engaging with key clients.

• Take charge of daily leadership for a portfolio of strategic existing clients in our logistics sector, ensuring exceptional delivery and measurable value.

• Foster retention and growth by identifying expansion opportunities, developing account plans, and coordinating the appropriate Satalia teams for effective delivery.

• Collaborate closely with the Client Director on priorities, stakeholder mapping, quarterly business reviews, and commercial forecasting.

• Anticipate risks and proactively eliminate obstacles, ensuring high client satisfaction and the long-term health of accounts.

• Cultivating partnership relationships with key clients.

• Establish trusted-advisor relationships with senior stakeholders, transitioning engagements from project delivery to enduring partnerships.

• Actively identify client objectives and challenges, converting them into a roadmap of initiatives (including new use cases, pilots, and scaled rollouts).

• Lead discussions on commercial renewals, scope evolution, and value presentation, collaborating with the Client Director on pricing and contracting as necessary.

• Excel in stakeholder and relationship management.

• Possess hands-on account and commercial management expertise.

• Capable of coordinating complex delivery processes.

• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Exhibit curiosity and practical knowledge of AI.

• Be a problem-solver with sound judgment.

• Bonus: Experience in logistics or supply chain management is advantageous.
