This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Formulate a vision and strategy for partners by evaluating their strengths and weaknesses to help them establish and accomplish ambitious objectives.
• Cultivate deep, trusting long-term relationships with partners by pinpointing their challenges, offering solutions, and identifying opportunities for service expansion and revenue enhancement.
• Examine daily, weekly, and long-term service performance metrics to deliver actionable recommendations that enhance the quality, efficiency, and growth of partners’ services.
• Negotiate and finalize contract renewals and service expansions to boost year-on-year revenue from each partnership.
• Navigate your market's unique landscape strategically using research and strong analytical skills to construct compelling, data-driven business cases for our platform and illustrate our value proposition across various verticals.
• Serve as a thought partner to clients by educating and consulting them in developing regional transit plans and identifying funding mechanisms within your market.
• You possess over 10 years of client-facing experience with a proven track record in Sales, Business Development, Consulting, or a related field, with a preference for candidates with public sector experience.
• A relationship builder who remains composed under pressure and celebrates partners’ achievements alongside them.
• An intuitive communicator; whether in client discussions, product demonstrations, or written proposals, you consistently strike the appropriate tone and communicate convincingly.
• Quantitatively inclined and data-savvy; while you may not be a Tableau expert, you enjoy deriving quick, insightful conclusions from complex data sets, asking critical questions, and distilling raw numbers into straightforward, actionable recommendations.
• Possess excellent commercial acumen and sound judgment—you know when to assert and when to concede to maximize the value of a potential deal.
• A dependable, motivated self-starter with a strong growth mindset. You thrive in fast-paced settings, are undeterred by setbacks or changes, and excel in roles that demand a high level of responsibility.
• A strong team player; you are a significant individual contributor and mentor to others on your team. You view achievements as collective efforts and enjoy collaborating with others.
• Proficient in renewals, upselling, and establishing relationships with senior-level officials and executives.
• Willingness to travel 25-50% as needed.
• Final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills.
