This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a primary advisor to clients, translating an in-depth understanding of their subject matter into actionable strategies and tactics that fulfill their objectives.
• Formulate strategies that align with project goals and program objectives.
• Exhibit exceptional attention to detail among team members, consistently delivering work that meets or surpasses expectations.
• Successfully oversee account teams to ensure client objectives are achieved and exceeded.
• Foster agency growth and leadership through financial performance and the mentorship of junior staff members.
• Efficiently manage client budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
• Collaborate with VPs and SVPs to create client strategic plans and budgets.
• Cultivate and maintain client relationships, promoting organic growth.
• Serve as the primary client contact (leading meetings, providing guidance, and troubleshooting).
• Establish roles and allocate responsibilities within account teams.
• Oversee client budgets, staff distribution, and forecasting.
• Keep senior team members updated on any client, team, or personnel matters.
• Assist in pitch strategy, proposals, and presentations alongside VPs and SVPs.
• Identify and capitalize on organic growth opportunities with current clients.
• Showcase strong management capabilities across agency and client responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 6-8 years of experience in healthcare public relations or communications, ideally within an agency environment.
• Strong focus on detail.
• Substantial experience in data and regulatory milestones.
• Outstanding written and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Experience in supporting communications for pharmaceutical and/or biotech clients, or similar high-science communications experience is preferred.
