This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement a successful sales strategy to meet territory revenue targets and drive growth in Relationship One’s products and segments.
• Build strong relationships with channel partners, serving as the primary source for new sales opportunities and collaborating to pursue and close these leads.
• Identify and chase additional opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups, outbound campaigns, and direct outreach.
• Work alongside the marketing team on lead management and follow-up processes.
• Assess and qualify all assigned leads and business prospects.
• Foster relationships with VP and CXO-level prospects and clients, gaining a thorough understanding of their business goals and objectives.
• Lead discussions with prospects and clients to uncover and articulate their business needs and objectives.
• Collaborate with Solution Leads to create and define comprehensive, programmatic solutions for prospects and clients.
• Develop and present proposals that clearly illustrate how Relationship One can achieve the desired solutions and outcomes.
• Oversee and manage the negotiation and contracting processes effectively.
• Consistently embody Relationship One’s sales management and forecasting methodologies.
• Champion and exemplify best practices in solution selling as defined by Relationship One.
• Guide the Relationship One account teams in Account Planning and Management activities, adhering to Relationship One protocols.
• Partner with the internal account team to ensure efficient communication and execution of sold projects.
• 5-10 years of proven success in selling consulting services and/or cloud-based products to upper-level and C-suite executives.
• A demonstrated history of consistently achieving and surpassing sales objectives.
• Experience in selling to marketing executives/professionals is preferred.
• Background in selling marketing automation, customer experience, or CRM software is advantageous.
• Familiarity with solution/value selling frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex sales processes throughout the entire sales cycle.
• Experience in effectively managing RFP responses and securing business through RFPs.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and its associated functionalities.
• Working knowledge of marketing cloud applications, particularly Adobe Experience Platform (e.g., Marketo Engage, Campaign, Journey Optimizer, Real-Time CDP, etc.), Braze, Oracle Marketing (e.g., Eloqua, Responsys, Unity, etc.), and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric sales approach are essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and experience in managing project-oriented sales efforts.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated resourcefulness, motivation, initiative, and a startup mentality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a talent for leading teams effectively.
• Must reside in and be eligible to work in the United States.
