This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee and expand key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.

• Recognize and develop new business opportunities with top prospects.

• Formulate and implement strategic account plans to meet sales goals.

• Manage your sales pipeline to guarantee sustained performance in achieving quarterly and annual quotas.

• Enhance revenue from existing clients by selling and cross-selling our solutions into new departments.

• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in both current and prospective organizations.

• Gain insights into business challenges and opportunities to craft high-value proposals aimed at meeting their desired outcomes.

• Create a detailed territory plan that defines strategies for securing new prospects.

• Collaborate with a team of Account Executives (AEs), providing leadership, mentorship, and support.

• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding experiences for customers and prospects.

• Evaluate market trends and customer needs to identify potential opportunities.

• Keep precise and current forecasts and records in the CRM system.

• Lead and participate in responses to RFPs.

• Achieve annual sales objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

• Over 5 years of sales experience in enterprise software.

• Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales targets while managing and expanding key accounts.

• Prior experience in effectively qualifying new opportunities and accurately forecasting.

• Strategic thinker with the capability to analyze data and market trends.

• Ability to pinpoint gaps and growth opportunities.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong collaboration skills across different functions.

• Proficient in CRM software and sales tools.

• Willingness to travel more than 50% of the time.
