This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
β’ Enter and process client orders into the internal project management system.
β’ Request source materials from clients through email or their specific systems.
β’ Manage the production schedule according to client requirements, deadlines, and service level agreements.
β’ Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure that deadlines and client specifications are achieved.
β’ Ensure that ingested assets comply with minimum requirements, rejecting those that do not.
β’ Upload incoming source files to internal production servers.
β’ Organize asset repositories to guarantee accurate cataloging and archiving of materials.
β’ Provide daily project status updates to both local and international Account Management teams.
β’ Relay customer feedback to the Account Management team.
β’ Report any rejections or production delays to Account Managers.
β’ Submit tickets for external rejections.
β’ Carry out additional basic administrative tasks as needed.
β’ Proficiency in the MS Office 365 suite of applications.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
β’ Commitment to quality with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
β’ Capability to prioritize tasks based on immediate requirements and fluctuating production schedules.
β’ Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with Smartsheets is an advantage.
