This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager plays a crucial role in establishing and expanding a foundational ABM program aimed at enhancing engagement, driving pipeline development, and fostering revenue growth within targeted strategic accounts.
• This position is tasked with defining the ABM framework, implementing processes for target accounts across various systems, and initiating sales-aligned, multi-channel strategies that guide buying groups through the sales funnel.
• The ABM Manager collaborates cross-functionally—both within and outside the Marketing team—to synchronize strategy, execution, and measurement to ensure ABM success.
• This role holds accountability for performance reporting, generating insights, and continuously optimizing across target account segments and ABM initiatives.

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including a minimum of 3+ years in account-based marketing (ABM) focused on supporting pipeline and revenue objectives.
• Proven experience in designing and executing sales-aligned, multi-channel programs for specific accounts or defined segments (e.g., email, paid media, web personalization, events/webinars, direct mail, and partner channels).
• Familiarity with ABM and intent platforms (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense, Terminus), web personalization, and/or account analytics/engagement reporting.
• Solid working knowledge of Salesforce (or a comparable CRM) and marketing automation; capable of operationalizing target account lists/segments, governance, and reporting across systems.
• Experience in leveraging data and insights to formulate a perspective on program performance (including “what happened” and “what next”), encompassing engagement and pipeline metrics.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration abilities; skilled in influencing without direct authority and building lasting relationships with Sales, BDRs, Marketing Ops, and Product Marketing teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey strategy, processes, and performance insights to various audiences across functions and levels.
• A strategic thinker with robust program/project management skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Experience with account planning, messaging based on buying groups/roles, and content strategy tailored for complex B2B buying committees.
