Account and Sales Manager – AI Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• In the role of Account Manager for the Automation Team, you will act as the primary advocate for our clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from their partnership while serving as the key escalation point for project-related decisions.

• Strategic Lead Management: Manage the outreach and segmentation of our current lead flow to pinpoint high-value prospects.

• Discovery & Technical Scoping: Prepare and execute discovery calls that convert ambiguous business challenges into defined AI-driven technical requirements.

• AI Feasibility Analysis: Analyze client data and objectives to assess whether a solution is technically feasible and economically sound before advancing to the proposal phase.

• Rapid Validation Sprints (RVS): Guide the transition of projects from initial interest into swift 2-week "stress tests" to validate technical feasibility.

• SOW & Proposal Drafting: Create comprehensive Statements of Work in PandaDoc that establish clear milestones, technical deliverables, and success metrics for AI project implementations.

• Client Relationship Leadership: Act as the exclusive point of contact for all client interactions, providing weekly updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

• Strategic Roadmapping: Assist clients in looking beyond immediate projects by developing 30-90 day roadmaps for every contracted client, ensuring ongoing value delivery.

• Performance Monitoring: Leverage our automated AI call-scoring system to guarantee that every interaction aligns with NineTwoThree’s high standards for strategic alignment and relationship development.


⛳️ Requirements

• Tool Proficiency: Employ Monday.com to manage tasks, sprints, and timelines across Action Item, Deliverable, and Development boards.

• HubSpot Automation: Contribute to the creation of HubSpot workflows, automations, and manage platform settings to enhance the sales process.

• Claude Code: Utilize Claude code for automation and workflow optimization.
