This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Engage with qualified leads who have already scheduled appointments through our appointment setters.
• Conduct one-on-one discovery and decision-making calls with small business owners.
• Assist prospects through a structured, value-driven sales approach that emphasizes impact rather than pressure.
• Collaborate with our internal team to facilitate a seamless client transition and onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, as well as daily sales activity logs.
• Participate in weekly team meetings and ongoing training sessions to enhance skills and improve closing rates.
• Achieve and surpass monthly sales objectives with integrity and consistency.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in consultative or high-ticket sales.
• A passion for collaborating with entrepreneurs and comprehending their challenges.
• Familiarity with (or having read) Profit First, Built to Sell, or Traction.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to listen and guide conversations effectively.
• Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment while adhering to structure and accountability.
• A coachable, growth-oriented mindset with a desire for continuous improvement.
• Capability to follow a proven system while infusing your own authentic voice into it.
• A strong belief in ethical sales practices, ensuring you would never pressure someone into a decision that isn't right for them.
