Account Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Make daily outbound prospecting calls to existing ProSites clients.

• Cultivate relationships with clients to ensure long-term account growth and success.

• Perform comprehensive needs assessments for current clients.

• Showcase SEO and additional features to the current client database.

• Instruct current clients on effectively incorporating the Internet into their marketing strategies.

• Address and resolve technical and business objections from clients.

• Highlight features that clients express interest in, provide pricing, and prepare orders.

• Finalize sales opportunities.

• Utilize our CRM to qualify clients and gather essential data points.

• Surpass monthly, quarterly, and yearly individual sales targets by selling SEO and additional products to current clients.

• Possess a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and services, as well as industry and client needs.

• Attend and oversee exhibitor booths at various trade shows as required.

• Execute other responsibilities as assigned by management.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technology-based sales.

• At least 2-3 years of experience in customer-facing sales roles.

• Experience in an Inside Sales Call center.

• College degree or equivalent professional experience.
