Account Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Connect with new and potential clients through outreach efforts and follow-up communications

• Gain insight into each client's financial objectives and their decision-making process

• Propose solutions that meet the specific needs of clients

• Assist clients during the onboarding process and with product implementation

• Keep precise records using CRM tools

• Provide ongoing support to clients through regular check-ins and services

• High school diploma is mandatory; a college degree is advantageous

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

• Ability to work independently and comfortably in a remote setting

• Prior experience in client service or sales is beneficial but not essential
