📋 Description

• Oversee the effective execution of a portfolio of units, guaranteeing an exceptional student learning experience while adhering to OES and academic standards set by university partners.

• Enhance academic quality and foster continuous improvement by managing quality assurance procedures and promoting collaboration among teaching and learning design teams.

• Offer expert advice and resolve intricate academic issues, including student escalations, complaints, and matters of academic integrity.

• Cultivate and lead a high-performing team of Online Learning Advisors, encouraging teaching excellence, professional growth, and a strong focus on student-centered culture.

• Utilize performance and engagement data to enhance teaching operations, elevate service delivery, and ensure prompt, high-quality feedback for students.

• Establish robust partnerships with university stakeholders and internal teams, aiding strategic initiatives, upholding academic quality, and achieving favorable partner outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A postgraduate qualification in business, education management, or a law-related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Significant experience in teaching and leading law subjects or programs within a higher education setting.

• Demonstrated experience in academic leadership, including the management of academic quality assurance, curriculum governance, and compliance with higher education regulations.

• Proven capability in people leadership, encompassing performance management, conducting performance reviews, and staff recruitment.

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability, with proficiency in interpreting student metrics and implementing targeted improvement strategies.
