• Disciplinary leadership of up to 200 employees working from home

• You inspire and develop your team leaders and employees to achieve peak performance

• Management of operational business with responsibility for the revenue and results of your department

• Completed commercial training and/or a degree

• Solid experience in team leadership

• Several years of operational experience in a call center

• Sales-oriented and customer-focused mindset and actions
