ABAP Developer, HCM PY (Payroll)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Executes tasks throughout the complete software development lifecycle, encompassing requirements gathering to the final deployment of developed features, adhering to agile development methodologies.

• Collaborate with the development team by taking on tasks for each Sprint;

• Engage in development-related activities including analysis and design, programming, testing, and requirements gathering;

• Oversee your own workload, promptly notifying the team of any delays or obstacles;

• Mentor and assist developers within the software project development team;

• Write and integrate software components following technical specifications, utilizing the designated software development tools, programming languages, and libraries for the project;

• Offer support to the IT team and client users upon request regarding the features and specifics of the developed software components, modules, and packages;

• Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for the client on the developed software to ensure proper system functionality;

• Implement customizations by developing ABAP code or using the Webdynpro platform;

• Program and develop software.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or completion of any higher education degree supplemented by a postgraduate certificate (specialization, master's, or doctorate) in Information Technology of at least 360 hours.

• Experience in system development utilizing ABAP and Webdynpro within SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments.

• Proficiency in ABAP (reports, function modules, ALV, SmartForms, SAPscript);

• Familiarity with Webdynpro ABAP;

• Knowledge of SAP NetWeaver and SAP ECC;

• Proficient with tools: SE80, SE11, SE37, SE93, SE24;

• Experience with integrations via RFC, BAPI, IDoc, SOAP Web Services;

• Understanding of the transport cycle via SAP CTS (Change and Transport System);

• Basic knowledge of SAP data modeling (transparent tables, views, domains).
