ABAP Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Ensure that the Scrum methodology is comprehended, utilized, and shared throughout the organization.

• Facilitate the identification and suggestion of enhancements in the implementation of Scrum processes within development teams.

• Collaborate in the assessment and documentation of the client's business requirements, proposing optimal business solutions that fulfill them.

• Assist the Product Owner in managing and prioritizing the Product Backlog.

• Guarantee the execution and fulfillment of the objectives of Scrum events.

• Aid the Scrum Team in overcoming obstacles.

• Support the team's self-organization by recommending techniques and facilitating processes and individuals.

• Evaluate the company's business processes to determine the most effective way to implement/maintain SAP.

• Configure the system according to specified needs and requirements.

• Offer support and train users in the proper use of the system.

• Conduct functional tests to ensure proper operation.

• Provide ongoing system support and maintenance.

• Map business requirements through focused consultations, analysis, and observations.

• Evaluate the current IT infrastructure and suggest improvements.

• Identify and resolve issues that could impact software performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or completion of any undergraduate degree paired with a postgraduate certificate (specialization, master's, or doctorate) in Information Technology of at least 360 hours.

• Preferred experience: 3 years in system development utilizing ABAP and Webdynpro within an SAP ECC or S/4HANA environment.

• Completion of a SAP Academy course (or equivalent) in the relevant module.

• Knowledge of SAP modules; extensive understanding of SAP products/modules included in the SAP solution implemented in Human Resources Management – PA, PY, LSO, PD, Time, eRecruiting, EH&S, eSocial, PCP, and Business Warehouse (BW).
