ABA Scheduling Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist Scheduling Coordinators with daily scheduling tasks and administrative responsibilities.

• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, chats, and text messages pertaining to scheduling matters.

• Inform employees and internal teams about schedule modifications, cancellations, and coverage updates.

• Accurately document scheduling communications and ensure the scheduling information is current.

• Provide assistance with employee availability, coverage requests, and scheduling follow-ups.

• Offer professional customer service while upholding confidentiality and adhering to established scheduling protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• A minimum of one year of experience in administrative support or customer service in a healthcare, behavioral health, or similar environment that necessitated high-volume communication.

• Must be at ease with making phone calls.

• Strong ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, chat, and text, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication capabilities.

• Capacity to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work autonomously while collaborating with a team.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
