This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

• Utilize a consultative, solution-oriented sales methodology to enhance territory growth.

• Foster connections with both new and existing clients through ongoing outreach and support.

• Assist teams in navigating the AAC device process, which includes evaluation, trials, funding, and training.

• Collaborate directly with individuals, families, and professionals to offer guidance, training, and support for AAC solutions.

• Cultivate relationships and deliver engaging presentations.

• Assist clients in effectively accessing communication tools.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Education, Special Education, Occupational Therapy, or related fields is mandatory.

• At least 2 years of experience in the AAC or Assistive Technology field is required.

• Comprehensive understanding of AAC principles and solutions is essential.

• Capability to form strong relationships and identify AAC needs through effective communication and collaboration.

• Proactive and adaptable in acquiring knowledge about new products, services, and strategies.

• Strong time management, organizational, and goal-setting abilities.

• Excellent and professional communication skills across various platforms and group sizes.

• Ability to work independently and remotely while still contributing to team objectives.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software applications.

• Preferred candidates should reside within a 45-mile radius of Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.
