3rd Engineer, VLCC Oil Tanker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the effective operation and upkeep of Auxiliary Engines and various machinery equipment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of valid STCW certifications necessary for this role.

• Minimum experience required: 8 months in the same rank with the equivalent type of vessel and with 2-stroke engines exceeding 10000KW output.

• Experience in the USA and Australia trading areas is preferred.

• Familiarity with a multicultural working environment.

• Experience on oil tankers, ideally VLCC/Suezmax/Aframax.

• Fundamental knowledge of engine room machinery and tanker systems.

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

• Proficient in English communication.
