• Produce high-quality 3D models, environments, props, or assets in accordance with project specifications
• Construct clean topology that is appropriate for animation, rendering, or real-time applications
• Implement textures, materials, and lighting as necessary
• Work collaboratively with animators, developers, and leads to achieve both creative and technical objectives
• Make adjustments based on feedback within established timelines
• Provide assets in the required formats and adhere to naming conventions
• Expertise in one or more 3D software applications such as Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max
• Solid understanding of modeling principles, proportions, and forms
• Basic familiarity with UV mapping and texturing processes
• Capability to accurately follow reference materials, style guides, and project briefs
• Strong communication and time management abilities
• Recent graduates with a compelling portfolio or demo work
