This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Contribute to the creation and management of a diverse array of 3D visualization and virtual experience projects.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and support a team of around 40 3D artists across various disciplines, teams, and production streams.
• Cultivate a collaborative, positive, and high-performing team culture that emphasizes creativity, accountability, and continual growth.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to implement scalable quality enhancements across deliverables and production standards.
• Work alongside development teams to refine workflows, optimize production pipelines, and ensure tools remain innovative and efficient.
• Organize and facilitate team meetings, production reviews, and collaborative working sessions.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with project managers, creative leadership, and production teams to align on deliverables, timelines, client expectations, and quality standards.
• Address technical and production challenges throughout the visualization pipeline.
• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, scalability, quality, consistency, and overall production performance.
• Assist in the development and upkeep of asset libraries, templates, documentation, and quality standards.
• Investigate and assess emerging AI tools and technologies that can improve production workflows, quality, scalability, and team efficiency.
• Stay informed on industry trends, rendering techniques, visualization technologies, and innovations in real-time production.
• Support ongoing team development and participate in performance management processes.
• Over 10 years of professional experience in 3D visualization, architectural visualization, or real-time environments.
• More than 3 years of leadership experience managing or overseeing production teams.
• A strong portfolio that highlights high-quality architectural visualization and/or virtual experience work.
• In-depth knowledge of modeling, materials, lighting, interior design, photorealism, and rendering workflows.
• Advanced expertise in 3ds Max, V-Ray and/or Corona, Unreal Engine, and Photoshop.
• Proven interest in exploring and utilizing AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance production workflows, efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Self-motivated with a forward-thinking approach and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Experience with Adobe Substance, Revit, or AutoCAD is advantageous.
• Familiarity with scripting, automation, or production pipeline tools is a plus.
• Preferred experience supporting residential homebuilders, real estate marketing, or related sectors.
• Experience working with global or multi-location production teams is desirable.
