This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Contribute to the creation and management of a diverse array of 3D visualization and virtual experience initiatives.
• Guide, coach, mentor, and support a team of around 40 3D artists across various disciplines, teams, and production processes.
• Cultivate a collaborative, positive, and high-performing team environment that emphasizes creativity, accountability, and ongoing development.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to implement scalable quality enhancements across deliverables and production benchmarks.
• Work alongside development teams to refine workflows, optimize production pipelines, and ensure that tools remain innovative and effective.
• Organize and lead team meetings, production evaluations, and collaborative workshops.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with project managers, creative leaders, and production teams to synchronize on deliverables, timelines, client expectations, and quality standards.
• Resolve technical and production issues throughout the visualization pipeline.
• Identify areas for enhancing efficiency, scalability, quality, consistency, and overall production performance.
• Assist in the development and upkeep of asset libraries, templates, documentation, and quality benchmarks.
• Investigate and assess emerging AI tools and technologies that can improve production workflows, quality, scalability, and team effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends, rendering methods, visualization technologies, and real-time production advancements.
• Support continuous team development and participate in performance management initiatives.
• Over 10 years of professional experience in 3D visualization, architectural visualization, or real-time environments.
• More than 3 years of leadership experience managing or overseeing production teams.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality architectural visualization and/or virtual experience projects.
• Comprehensive understanding of modeling, materials, lighting, interior design, photorealism, and rendering workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in: 3ds Max, V-Ray and/or Corona, Unreal Engine, Photoshop.
• Proven interest in exploring and utilizing AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance production workflows, efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Self-motivated with a proactive and continuously learning approach.
• Experience with Adobe Substance, Revit, or AutoCAD is advantageous.
• Familiarity with scripting, automation, or production pipeline tools is a plus.
• Experience supporting residential homebuilders, real estate marketing, or related industries is preferred.
• Experience working with global or multi-location production teams is preferred.
