This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.
• Conducts regular internal audits and oversight of 340B contract pharmacy programs, inpatient pharmacy services, child sites, and entity-owned pharmacies.
• Assists in the implementation of new child sites, shipping locations, and/or contract pharmacies.
• Aids with updates and modifications to the Office of Pharmacy Affairs (OPA) database.
• Monitors and audits state Medicaid claims to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
• Reconciles payments from contract pharmacies with revenue recorded by the Finance department.
• Assesses patient eligibility in mixed-use areas and clinics using electronic medical records (EMR).
• Creates and revises 340B Program reporting packets for SSM ministries.
• Reviews orders, negative and positive accumulations, and unmapped items in the third-party administrator’s (TPA) portal.
• Ensures compliant configuration for secondary suppliers and wholesaler accounts.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
• Knowledgeable in 340B program operations and auditing processes.
• Must obtain an Advanced 340B Operations Certificate within 18 months of hire date from Apexus.
• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of five years of relevant experience.
