2nd Engineer, VLCC Oil Tanker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the effective operation and upkeep of the engine room and associated machinery.

• Prior experience in repairs and dry docking is essential.

• Must possess valid STCW certifications necessary for the role.

• Strong communication and leadership abilities are required.

• Proficient in English communication.

• Emphasis on a safety-oriented culture and mindset.

• Experience working in a multicultural environment is beneficial.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 months of experience in rank on the same vessel type with two-stroke engines is required.

• Mandatory experience with Deepwell Centrifugal Cargo pump systems.

• Familiarity with trading areas in the USA and Australia is preferred.

• Proficiency in the Greek language is advantageous.
