2nd Engineer, Container Ship

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Accountable for ensuring safe cargo operations and the proper maintenance of the vessel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum experience of 8 months in the same rank aboard a similar type of vessel.

• Experience with Kamsarmax size bulk carriers is essential.

• Familiarity with trading areas in the USA and Australia is preferred.

• Must possess a valid Certificate of Competency (STCW Reg II/2) with verification.

• Required to hold valid STCW certifications pertinent to the role.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

• Experience working in a multicultural environment.
