2nd Engineer, Bulk Carrier

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Russia.

• Utilize a Certificate of Competency (COC) (STCW Reg II/2) with verification.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hold overall command of the ship and take responsibility for the safety of the crew and environmental protection.

• Ensure compliance with international regulations and the company's safety practices and policies.

• Possess a valid Certificate of Competency (COC) (STCW Reg II/2) with verification.

• Have valid STCW certifications necessary for the role.

• Demonstrate strong communication and leadership abilities.

• Be fluent in both written and spoken English.

• Maintain a safety-oriented culture and mindset.

• Have experience working in a multicultural environment.

• Meet the minimum experience requirement of 4 months in rank on a vessel of the same type/size.

• Possess experience on a vessel of similar tonnage, which is mandatory.

• Recommended experience with steam turbines and cargo pump systems.

• Recommended experience in crude oil and STS cargo operations.

• Recommended experience in trading areas such as the USA and Australia.
