This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.

• Work closely with game designers, artists, and developers to produce stunning artwork that enhances the overall player experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience as an animator.

• Strong mindset for process improvement—willingness to question and reimagine existing animator workflows and implement significant changes.

• Proactive ownership of product—capability to suggest product ideas that may necessitate development adjustments and drive initiatives to completion.

• Determination in achieving results—commitment to actively promote enhancements, engage with developers, and ensure the realization of ideas.

• High creative and strategic potential—genuine enthusiasm for maximizing potential and contributing without constraints.

• Vision-oriented approach—ability to set a clear direction, recommend enhancements, and influence the evolution of the product.

• Optional leadership potential—possibility to advance into a Lead role.

• Proficiency in relevant software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Spine, etc.).

• Edit and create assets to meet animation requirements.

• Manage all facets of the animation production pipeline, from initial concept to final implementation.

• Experience in producing visual effects and animations.

• Understanding of basic vector math and art principles (lighting, composition, proportion, color theory, etc.).

• Attention to detail and adaptability to various art styles.

• Familiarity with game development pipelines and asset integration.

• Passion and eagerness to learn and grow.

• A creative and collaborative mindset.

• Ability to accept and integrate feedback.

• Experience with casino games.

• Strong grasp of animation principles.

• Knowledge of diverse animation styles.

• Experience in game animation.

• Understanding of production and pipeline processes.

• Capacity to provide and adapt feedback.

• Upper-intermediate proficiency in English.

• A significant advantage: knowledge of 3D techniques.

• Experience using additional plugins for Adobe After Effects, such as Trapcode and Boris FX Suite.
