2D Animator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Illustrators and Art Directors to design and animate environments and effects in various styles.

• Export and optimize animations to produce assets ready for gaming.

• Utilize optimization techniques to adhere to memory constraints.

• Partner with programmers to ensure optimal animation performance within our technology framework.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in animation.

• Proficiency in relevant software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Spine, etc.).

• Edit and produce assets to fulfill animation requirements.

• Manage all facets of the animation production process, from initial concept to final implementation.

• Experience in creating visual effects or animation.

• Basic understanding of vector mathematics and artistic fundamentals (lighting, composition, proportion, color theory, etc.).

• Strong attention to detail and the capacity to adapt to various art styles.

• Familiarity with game development workflows and asset integration.

• A passion for learning and personal development.

• A creative and collaborative mindset.

• Ability to receive and incorporate feedback.

• In-depth knowledge of animation principles.

• Awareness of different animation techniques.

• Experience in game animation.

• Knowledge of production and pipeline processes.

• Experience with slots will be a significant advantage.

• Basic understanding of 3D concepts.

• Familiarity with additional Adobe After Effects plugins, such as Trapcode and Boris FX Suite.
