1099 Nurse Practitioner – Hormone Replacement Therapy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Conduct structured virtual consultations for individuals seeking hormone optimization and wellness care.

• Analyze laboratory results, identify hormone imbalances, and create evidence-based treatment strategies.

• Initiate and oversee Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) protocols, including appropriate prescribing and follow-up care.

• Educate patients on the risks, benefits, and long-term management strategies related to their treatments.

• Maintain comprehensive and compliant documentation within telehealth systems.

• Collaborate with clinical and administrative support teams to provide a seamless patient experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in at least 5-10+ U.S. states.

• An active, unrestricted DEA license.

• Minimum of 1 year of practical experience in Hormone Replacement Therapy.

• Experience in treating both male and female patients.

• Comfort in managing testosterone therapy, estrogen/progesterone therapy, adjunct wellness medications, and regular lab monitoring.

• Solid understanding of endocrine health, preventive care, and optimization protocols.
