This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Macedonia.

• Create, develop, and execute tailored solutions within the Zoho One suite, primarily focusing on Zoho CRM, Desk, Books, and Projects.

• Develop custom functions utilizing Deluge script to automate intricate business logic and data management.

• Establish and sustain strong integrations between Zoho and external applications through APIs and Webhooks.

• Enhance system architecture to boost data integrity, user experience, and accuracy in reporting.

• Diagnose technical issues and deliver expert-level support to internal stakeholders.

• Review existing workflows and pinpoint opportunities for additional automation or process enhancements.

• Demonstrated experience as a Zoho Developer or Automation Engineer with extensive knowledge of the Zoho One ecosystem.

• Proficiency in Deluge scripting and a solid understanding of relational databases.

• Practical experience in building custom integrations and working with REST APIs.

• Capability to outline complex business processes and convert them into technical workflows.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment.

• Exceptional communication abilities to link technical execution with business requirements.

• Experience in Zoho Creator development.

• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) for creating custom dashboards.

• Zoho Certifications (Certified Zoho Creator Developer or CRM Administrator).

• Experience with Zapier, Make, or other middleware platforms.
