YouTube R&D Operation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee YouTube and Google accounts in accordance with established procedures.

• Track and uphold ranking factors such as engagement, watch time, and backlinks.

• Implement team-defined strategies and identify areas that require adjustment.

• Experiment with new variations and record the outcomes.

• Address daily operational challenges including suspensions, detection, and access issues.

• Streamline repetitive tasks using tools like n8n, Make, or simple scripts.

• Oversee the processes for account creation and maintenance.

• Provide technical support to existing teams as required.

• Assist in removing operational obstacles related to tools, access, and automation.

• Create documentation for methods in the form of clear, reproducible Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Ensure tracking sheets and activity reports are consistently updated.

• Propose enhancements to current processes.

• A genuine interest in understanding how platforms like YouTube and Google function beyond basic usage.

• Proficient with technical tools such as extensions, automations, and tool configurations.

• Familiarity with, or eagerness to learn about, proxies, browser profiles, and antibot systems.

• Detail-oriented in execution: you adhere strictly to processes and document your actions as you proceed.

• Self-reliant – you proactively seek solutions without waiting for assistance.

• Proficient in English, suitable for an international working environment.

• Experience with YouTube or traffic acquisition, even through personal projects, is a plus.

• Experience using n8n, Make, or any similar automation tool is a plus.

• Knowledge of iGaming or other competitive sectors is desirable.
