This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Compose technical research reports utilizing test data to bolster a marketing narrative.

• Examine intricate spreadsheets, published benchmark data, research findings, and other information sources to uncover insights.

• Extract pertinent data points and convert them into clear, precise, and engaging narratives for both technical and marketing audiences.

• Collaborate with strategists, analysts, designers, and subject matter experts to produce persuasive written and visual materials.

• Develop expertise in high-tech topics and accompanying data, translating this knowledge into written deliverables and occasional supporting graphics.

• Function as a member of a cross-functional, multi-purpose team.

• Submit drafts punctually based on a schedule you help establish.

• Manage multiple tasks, operate under minimal or remote supervision, provide regular status updates, and balance several projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in writing or supporting B2B messaging and positioning.

• Demonstrated capability to analyze complex spreadsheets, reports, research data, or benchmark results and identify pertinent findings for a target audience.

• Strong analytical judgment with the ability to link meaningful data points to broader business or technical narratives.

• Excellent mathematical skills.

• Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet applications.

• Ability to create charts and visual representations in spreadsheets or other software.

• Experience utilizing data to enhance content quality.

• Background in technology content is highly advantageous, including datacenter infrastructure, cloud service providers, or software ecosystems.

• Proven ability to quickly understand new technologies, recognize supporting data, and identify critical audience insights.

• Comfort in navigating ambiguity, incomplete source materials, and changing client directions while ensuring accuracy and clarity.

• Agency experience is a plus.

• Must be a resident of the United States.

• Must submit 3–4 relevant writing samples.

• Collaboration with team members in the Pacific time zone is required.
