Workplace Planning Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Offer telephonic support during significant life events to our customers, such as initiating or concluding employment concerning their employer-sponsored retirement account.

• Review available account choices, including 401K and IRAs, to align with the customer’s retirement savings objectives.

• Inform our customers about specifics related to their retirement plans, comparing various options to best support their savings ambitions.

• Concentrate on enhancing the customer's relationship with Empower.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or a suitable combination of education and professional experience.

• At least 1 year of experience in performance-driven roles, preferably in asset growth and retention.

• Possession of current FINRA licenses and/or the ability to successfully acquire FINRA 7, 63 & 65 (or 66) registrations within the timelines set by the company, along with completing FINRA fingerprinting upon hiring.

• A motivated, self-driven individual with the capacity to quickly and independently absorb new information.

• Proven skills in relationship management and customer service.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the skill to engage with customers, ask questions, share insights, and provide solutions.
