Oracle Solution Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Develop functional solutions within the Oracle ecosystem.

• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to analyze requirements.

• Design functional architectures and define project scopes.

• Estimate implementation efforts and engage in pre-sales activities and solution definition.

• Serve as the expert involved in projects, gaining access to disruptive startups and global brands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Understand business processes and client needs.

• Analyze functional and technical requirements to define Oracle solutions.

• Design solutions aligned with best practices in the Oracle ecosystem.

• Develop functional proposals and solution documentation.

• Translate business needs into clear functional designs for implementation teams.

• Collaborate with architects, developers, and functional consultants throughout the project lifecycle.

• Estimate effort, complexity, and scope of implementations.

• Participate in discovery meetings and workshops with clients.

• Present functional proposals and solutions to clients and stakeholders.

• Engage in pre-sales activities, RFPs, demonstrations, and scope definition sessions.

• Identify functional risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.

• Assist in validating solutions during various project phases.

• Maintain up-to-date functional and technical documentation.

• Over 3 years of experience as an Oracle Solution Consultant, Oracle Functional Consultant, Solution Designer, or similar roles.

• Experience designing solutions within the Oracle ecosystem.

• Experience working directly with clients.

• Experience providing functional consulting.

• Ability to understand complex business processes.

• Experience participating in Oracle implementation projects.

• Ability to collaborate with both technical and functional teams.

• Experience in pre-sales processes or solution definition.

• Intermediate English skills for participation in meetings and presentations with international teams.

• Current residence in Mexico.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday.

• Ability to collaborate remotely.

• Willingness to participate in hybrid projects as required by the client; conditions will be communicated from the first session.
