This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• As a Working Student focused on YouTube Content, you will assist our team in the development, planning, and execution of our YouTube content.

• You will be closely involved in our productions, gaining insights into storytelling, production, and post-production, while helping to bring our creative ideas to life.

• You have a genuine passion for YouTube, likely spending more time on it than on Netflix, and you are curious about the reasons behind varying video performance.

• You possess a creative mindset, keeping up with trends, generating ideas, and enjoying sharing them with others.

• You have an eye for compelling stories, showing interest in people, developments, and unique moments, with a knack for identifying what captivates audiences.

• You are eager to learn about storytelling, content production, shooting, editing, and YouTube strategies — ready to immerse yourself in the content creation landscape.

• You enjoy providing support through research, preparing shoots, organizing, production assistance, or team coordination — always willing to lend a helping hand where needed.

• You maintain a broad perspective.

• You are reliable and organized, capable of keeping track of multiple tasks simultaneously without losing focus.

• You thrive in situations where not everything is predetermined. We are in the process of building something new, which entails taking responsibility, making quick decisions, and having ample room for creativity.
