Travel Content Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Conduct research and create captivating travel blogs, destination guides, itineraries, and helpful travel tips.

• Upload and oversee travel content across websites, blogs, and content management systems.

• Curate and publish travel deals, vacation packages, flight offers, and hotel promotions.

• Enhance content for SEO by utilizing keywords, meta descriptions, and internal linking strategies.

• Manage social media posts related to travel promotions and blog content.

• Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams on campaigns and promotional activities.

• Track website traffic, content performance, and engagement metrics.

• Ensure the accuracy, originality, and consistency of content with brand voice.

• Keep abreast of trends in the travel industry, tourism news, and competitor activities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• A strong passion for travel, tourism, and digital storytelling.

• Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.

• Familiarity with tools such as WordPress, Canva, Google Docs, or similar platforms.

• Capability to research destinations, travel trends, and online deals.

• Skills in social media management are an added advantage.

• Knowledge in photography, video editing, or graphic design is a plus.

• For internship candidates: currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Journalism, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
