This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.
• Edit and generate high-quality video assets for social media, paid advertisements, websites, and campaign initiatives.
• Develop engaging narratives featuring strong hooks, effective pacing, and storytelling techniques optimized for various platforms.
• Transform user-generated content, influencer material, and brand footage into refined, performance-oriented deliverables.
• Incorporate motion graphics, captions, music, and sound design to enhance overall content quality and viewer engagement.
• Adapt long-form content into high-impact short-form formats (such as TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts).
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to ensure consistency with brand and campaign goals.
• Oversee multiple projects with quick turnaround times while strictly adhering to brand standards and evolving platform best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film, Communications, or a related discipline (preferred).
• 2–4 years of video editing experience in dynamic environments such as agencies, D2C, or eCommerce.
• Proficient in editing software including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with AI-driven video tools (e.g., Runway ML or comparable technologies).
• Strong grasp of content formats and performance metrics across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Meta platforms.
• Experience in motion graphics, basic animation, sound design, and a robust portfolio showcasing high-quality, high-performing content.
• Team-oriented yet capable of working independently, utilizing a data-driven approach to test, optimize, and enhance content performance.
