Working Student, Social Media & Communications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take charge of our communications overviews, which includes managing the activities tracker for our PR agency, ensuring alignment and preventing any oversights.

• Support the management and execution of one-off marketing initiatives, such as website launches, event planning, and broader communication tasks.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information, pose questions, and translate intricate concepts into engaging social media content.

• Manage the content calendar, particularly for LinkedIn, Bluesky, and X, plan and pitch posts, delegate tasks to team members, and ensure timely execution.

• Track social media analytics, identify emerging trends, and offer strategic recommendations to enhance visibility.

• Maintain clear communication and documentation of work progress in a remote environment to foster alignment and collaboration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university program focusing on communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field.

• Experience with social media and/or project management gained through internships or student projects is a plus.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail and knowledge of common project management tools.

• Self-motivated and inquisitive, demonstrating the capacity to work independently while seeking input when necessary.

• Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.

• Available to commit a minimum of 16 hours per week.

• Must be able to commit for at least 6 months for the duration of the position.
