This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Manage live chat and provide first-level support by responding to initial inquiries from both potential and existing customers.
• Assess and categorize inquiries to identify which issues can be resolved immediately and when to escalate them to second- or third-level support teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to efficiently process customer requests and ensure prompt resolutions.
• Oversee contract and payment management processes following successful customer sign-ups.
• Create and maintain subscriptions within our system, ensuring that billing processes operate smoothly for our customers.
• Facilitate onboarding and system setup for new customers by processing space-planning orders and entering data into our system.
• Conduct initial system configuration for new customers to guarantee they receive an optimal start with desk.ly.
• Partner closely with the Customer Success team to continuously enhance the onboarding process.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Psychology, Communication, or a related discipline.
• Practical experience in marketing or sales (such as internships or working student roles) is advantageous.
• An interest in SaaS, sales, and hybrid working models, with a desire to understand the operations of modern companies.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to make informed decisions.
• Basic familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM systems is beneficial but not mandatory.
• A self-starter with a hands-on approach, demonstrating the ability to work independently and proactively tackle new tasks.
• Proficiency in German and good command of English, both written and spoken.
